Coinverve provides strategy and execution infrastructure for capital allocation through defined custody layers and investment mandates. The Platform is designed to support systematic, rule based execution and reporting.
Coinverve does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management advice, or discretionary trading services. All activity occurs pursuant to predefined mandates and system driven execution.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Coinverve. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
All funds deposited to Coinverve are initially credited to your C-Vault, the platform’s custody layer. Capital remains unallocated unless and until you activate an investment mandate.
Capital may move between custody, execution, and reporting layers strictly in accordance with platform rules, mandate terms, and system controls.
An investment mandate defines the rules, objectives, and parameters under which capital may be deployed. By activating a mandate, you authorize Coinverve’s systems to execute within those defined parameters.
Mandates may be subject to minimum capital requirements, execution constraints, and termination conditions as disclosed at the time of activation.
All market activity involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Past performance, simulated results, or projected outcomes are not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge and accept that Coinverve cannot guarantee performance, returns, or capital preservation.
Deposits, mandate activations, terminations, and funds release requests are processed according to internal operational procedures.
Coinverve reserves the right to delay, reject, or reverse requests where required for security, compliance, or operational integrity.
Coinverve aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, system upgrades, or external dependencies may result in temporary service interruptions.
All platform content, systems, software, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Coinverve or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coinverve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including losses related to market activity, system delays, or third-party services.
Coinverve may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where required by law, for security reasons, or for material breach of these Terms.
Users may request account closure subject to the completion of outstanding operational processes.
Coinverve may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
